Matthew Royal has brought insight and innovation to the corporate real estate industry for more than 25 years. He has held leadership positions in companies including Microsoft Corporation, Wall Data, Inc., Primus Knowledge Solutions, and Clearwire Corporation. He excels at leading teams through Mergers & Acquisitions, national and international expansions, and divestitures as well as ongoing lease portfolio management.
Matthew has senior level experience in developing and executing real estate strategies nationally and internationally. He has executed transactions in more than 38 states across the United States and in 13 countries around the world. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies (Business Development) from Pitzer College and is licensed as a professional Designated Broker.
